1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing Zorlian-X™ ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Game is operated by KOMB Software Solutions, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida corporation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
2. Account Registration
To play the Game, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Purchases
The Game may offer virtual currencies (such as "Neural Credits," "Fleet Points," "Pilot Tokens," and "Arena Tokens") and virtual items that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay.
- Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify virtual currency pricing and availability
- Virtual currencies and items are licensed, not sold, to you
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual items for real money outside the Game
- Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them to us instead)
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, code, and text, is owned by or licensed to KOMB Software Solutions, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Game ends immediately
- You lose access to your account and all virtual currencies/items
- No refunds will be provided for unused virtual currencies
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOMB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game or via email.
